Is it safe to use the Heetz products at work?

How long does it take for the Heetz Heated Desk pads to warm up?

The heated desk pads start providing warmth within 15 seconds. They reach their maximum heating potential within 5 minutes. There are three temperature settings to choose from.

What kind of mugs or cups can I use with the Heetz Cup Warmer? Do I need to buy a specific cup?

The Heetz Cup Warmer has a 5" heating surface, making it compatible with most mugs or cups, including those that don't have flat bottoms. The cup warmer cannot be used with insulated cups or mugs, Styrofoam cups, or other disposable cups.

How many temperature settings does the Heetz Cup Warmer have?

The Heetz Cup Warmer has four heating modes, including coffee, tea, and milk, and can be used with candles (no flame needed, which is great for the office!).

Within each mode there are four settings so you can adjust the temperature to keep your favorite beverage at the perfect temperature. It also offers multiple timers ranging from 2 to 12 hours.
