Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

2. Item is in it's original packaging
3. Accompanied by proof of purchase
Certain items, such as final sale products or customized goods, may not be eligible for return.

Pack Your Item Securely – Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

Ship Your Return – Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
- Victor Technology is not responsible for any package lost in transit, please keep your tracking number on file if needed for reference.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for prompt assistance.
