Aeris Swopper Collection

Never Just Sit.

The Aeris Swopper is built around one idea: sitting shouldn't mean sitting still. Its signature 3D technology moves with you in every direction — forward, sideways, and vertically — engaging your core and back muscles the way walking or standing naturally would. The result is better posture, sharper focus, and less fatigue over a long day at the desk.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I use Aeris Swopper chair?

To use the Aeris Swopper chair the right way you should sit on it properly. Position yourself in the center of the Aeris Swopper so that the spring strut functions as an extension of your spine. Maintain your balance with your buttocks and both feet placed on the floor. The pelvis should be slightly higher than the knees to create an "open angle" at the hips and knees when sitting. This promotes blood circulation.

What is the vertical movement (swopping) good for?

Swopping strengthens the back muscles and promotes nutrition of the intervertebral discs. It also prevents blood congestion in the legs and makes you feel fit and active all day long. On the Aeris Swopper you automatically sit properly which prevents you from back pain.

Is it possible to sit on the Aeris Swopper all day long without a backrest?

Yes, sitting on the Aeris Swopper without a backrest is completely natural and is beneficial. Just as we walk without needing back support, the Swopper is designed to let your body do what it was meant to do while sitting: move freely.

Can the Aeris Swopper also be used as a standing desk chair?

The original Aeris Swopper is designed exclusively for sitting in motion only, not for standing. The maximum height of the flexible strut is too low for supporting the user while standing.

What is the difference between the Aeris Swopper and an exercise ball?

Sitting on the Aeris Swopper offers significant advantages over an exercise ball. Unlike a ball, the Swopper provides true stability and safety. It won't roll away, burst, or cause you to lose your balance.
